The McGibbon Room, is rental ready for booking by the hour. Whether you are having a group retreat, board meeting, an anniversary or birthday party, cultural event or a family get together, the McGibbon Room is the perfect space for you!
The McGibbon room is easy to set up and take down your preferred layout. This spacious room can be set up as a board room style or audience style, with or without tables.
“Rental is specifically for the room you have paid for. The hallways are for ingress and egress and to access the bathrooms. The hallways / common areas are not to be used by children playing or other activities unless specifically authorized by LKCC”
The McGibbon Room rental agreement comes with the use of a projector with hdmi connection As the renter, you would supply your own computer.
There is also a HD camera, with room sound pick up and Zoom meeting integration available! This setup includes a computer to manage the Zoom Meeting plus the camera and sound system. Rental cost for Zoom integration with camera/computer and sound system is a $25 charge per rental.
