The Kiwanis Room, an inviting event space that looks over McGibbon Park, is rental ready for booking by the hour. Whether you are having a group retreat, board meeting, an anniversary or birthday party, cultural event or a family get together, the Kiwanis Room is the perfect space for you! There is a warm atmosphere, a full kitchen and a beautiful bay window.
Rental time includes set up and take down to your preferred layout. A very reasonable $35 per hour is the rate for a meeting and $55 per hour for an event/party. This spacious room can be set up as a board room style or audience style, with or without tables. Room set up to renters specification is the responsibility of the renter and must be done within the rental times. Tables and chairs are provided by LKCC, rental space is to be “left as found”
The Kiwanis Room rental agreement comes with the use of a ceiling projector, hdmi connection, sound mixer and microphone. Remote hand Mic available for audience use. As the renter, you would supply your own computer. Rental cost for sound only included in cost of room rental.
There is also a HD camera, with room sound pick up and Zoom meeting integration available! This setup includes a computer to manage the Zoom Meeting plus the camera and sound system. Rental cost for Zoom integration with camera/computer and sound system is a $25 charge per rental.

Important Guidelines – The Kiwanis Room
As we strive to keep everyone in our community safe, please take note of these points:
*Security includes code locks on all doors. Participants to be given codes. Entrances/exits must remain closed during a meeting or event.
*Rental space to be left as found, chairs and tables provided but to be set up by renter.
*Rental Agreement Form MUST be filled out before acceptance of rental space.
*No alcohol outside of rental rooms, and no alcohol without a permit.
